Cole earned a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Graduate School of Business at Bentley University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & Finance with Honors. He began his financial career at GraniteShares ETFs in New York City, where he worked closely with innovative Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) products across U.S. equities, commodities, and fixed income.

At Flynn Zito Capital Management, Cole serves as Director of Strategy Execution, partnering with firm leadership to translate strategic objectives into measurable results across investment operations, compliance, marketing, technology, and client experience. He also supports the firm’s Artificial Intelligence initiatives, identifying and implementing automation and process improvements designed to enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency firmwide.

Cole holds his Series 7 and Series 63 securities registrations with LPL Financial and his Series 65 with Flynn Zito Capital Management. He is also an Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor℠ (APMA®) and has contributed to published financial research through the Northeast Regional Honors Council (NRHC).

Outside of the office, Cole actively explores real estate investing and has been featured in Business Insider and Architectural Digest as a young investor. He also enjoys country music, playing hockey, and traveling internationally.
